No customer service!

I was married on Oct 09 and had decided to go with Flowers of Winter Parkand it was a horrible mistake.

5 days before my wedding I was sent anemail from Mary Ann telling me that the head florist and person I had been workingwith for 7 months had left the store. I was concerned because he was the only person I had ever met or spoken to on my many visits to the store. After voicing my concerns she assured me that I would still receive a quality product. I went in for a trial mock-up 3 days before my weddingwith the retail manager and the quality was horrendous and no where near whatI had been shown the first time.

She had no back up florist andsuggested that her mother in law could help put the flowerstogether. Needless to say I didn't want to go with them since they didnot have a trained florist. I had to scramble to find another floristin less than 5 days and she has REFUSED to give me my deposit back.

Stay far away from Flowers of Winter Park if you're planning a wedding. No bride should have to go through this days before her wedding, it was a nightmare!
