Ripoff I paid $4000.00 2 years ago and have been getting the run around since. Richard Hargus and Carla were the people I was working with

This is the email I sent yesterday to the company before I saw this complaint on line. I have been calling them for weeks and yesterday was told I could only reach this Rob Parker by email. Here is my email below.

Hi Rob,

My name is Tina. I hired your company back in 2003 to help me with my taxes. First I was with Donald, then Richard Hargus. He filed an offer and compromise and the IRS turned it down. He then said he was appealing it along with the new tax amnesty, in which he assured me he had filed and would send me copies of. I have received nothing. I have called and called to get copies of what he had sent in and the status of my situation. I paid $4000.00 to your company and I borrowed the money to do this. I just yesterday got the taxes he filed which are over a month past the deadline of April 15th. He also put on the paperwork to the Irs that I am a loan officer. I am not in the mortgage business. I am in sales and bring home $406.82 a week. I am barely getting by. I am at my wits end and need to get this resolved. Can you help me? Please let me know what is being done.
