Deposit sent to hold doll, but doll never sent Ripoff

I sent these people a deposit to reserve a doll that had not yet been released. The release date came and went, and I never heard from them, so I called. They told me the doll was on back order and it would be another month. Two months later, I get a notice from them saying that because I didn't pay the remainder due for the doll, I forfeited my deposit! NOWHERE did anyone tell me or was any notice sent about when the remainder was due! When I called to see about getting my deposit back or paying the rest of the money due, I was told by the owner that she wouldn't give it back, I couldn't just pay the rest, and that there was nothing I could do. She even got all flustered and hung up on me, even though I was in no way abusive. When I called back, she hung up on me again. Real mature! Don't buy from these nasty old biddies!
