This company in misleading with a recorded message/claim that 'if we are late you get $50'.

They neglect to mention that there are certain guidelines that apply. You only get the $50 certificate if you are given a 2-hour appointment window... And once they attempt to contact you and they don't reach you... I.E. Leave you a voice mail message... Then the $50 certificate no longer applies.
