I called to have telephone service turned on for my daughter back in March. They asked me for a 60.00 deposit which I mailed in immediately. On Aprl 6th, I called my bank to find out if said check had cleared and they said yes.

I called Supra Telecom to find out why my daughter's service had not been turned on. They said they never received the payment, when clearly they had. I emailed, faxed, and mailed a copy of the cancelled check to them. First they said they didn't get any of the dozen of emails I sent them, then they said the faxes were not legible, and they never received the tangible copy in the mail!

What the h*l is wrong with this company. Three weeks later I was fed up with the run around and I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. Can you guess what next? Yes, they still claim to have never received the payment, when clearly they had... The bank cleared check does not lie!!!

It is May 11 and I am still trying to get my money back. Any suggestions??? I could ring thier necks if had the chance. The company's smell is that of imcompetence, fraud and unethical administrative practices. Come on, how do you cash a check and not cross reference with the account???
