About a year ago, I was contacteted by phone by a Mr. Ramos, who was representing supra telecom. He encouraged me to switch from AT&T to this company as they were cheaper and quite able to provide me with the same quality service as I had with AT&T.
I fell for the cheaper price and asked that they should switch my service to this company. I stipulated that I will give them a chance but that if I was not satisfied with the service, then they should switch me back to my former company for free. Mr Ramos agreen to this.
I had problem the very first time I tried to use the phone after the take over. I was promissed that the problem will be fixed and that I will no longer have problems.
The last three months or so, I have had numerous problems. I've been very patient. They siad that they have fixed the problem. But I kept having trouble. I asked to be switched back to my former company and was told that I had to do it myself for a cost of $65.00. I did make the request to AT&T. And after waiting three weeks, aes told that in order to be switched to AT&T, I had to change my number because supra telecom has purchassed my number, therefore it cannot be migrated.
I had my service terminated with supra telecom on 3/23/06. And was hooked up with AT&T on 3/24/06. Now supra telecom has charged me for service up until April 17th. Although they have not reembursed me for all the time that I was without service, when they claimed they were doing repair on the line.
