Ipoff, billed my credit card and never shipped items, won't respond to e-mails or phone calls

I ordered items on their web site, they billed my credit card and never shipped items. I e-mailed them, they won't respond. When I called, I got someone that answered that was rude and said she was not able to discuss shipping problems. It has been almost 2 months since ordered, plus paid priority shipping.
