Ripoff fraudulent billing

This company sent me a bill of $ 81.37 for a 13 minute call to their 900 number. Nobody was home in our house at the time of the alleged call since both I and my husband are at work at that time. I called their customer service number to dispute this bill and they sent me this "SMDR" detailing this call. We know with certainty that this call never occured because nobody was home at this time and we have a monitored alarm system so if anybody broke into our house we would have known it.
I am very appalled at this company's fraudulent practice. I have already filed a complaint to the FTC and my attorney general's office regarding this matter.
