Fraudently taking money from checking account

These people contacted us re: a repo from ford credit. We agreed to let them take $125.00 a month out of our checking account. They said if we did, it would show on our credit as we were making payments.

We tried to buy a house and found out they were lying. It was not showing that we were paying. It just showed the balance going lower on our credit report every month. We asked them to send us a letter stating that we were making payments and they said no.

I told the woman not to take another dime from our checking account and do not EVER contact us again. She was very rude and she got what for on the phone and said she could do whatever she wanted to do and I could not stop her. I told her it was in her best interest not to try to take that money out. She hung up on me. I took all of the money out of my checking account and opened a new one. I left the old account open to see if she would try me... Well today I got an nsf from the bank for $20.00 where they tried to take $125.00 out again. I talked to her on April 22nd and today is the 4th of may... She had plenty of time to stop the automatic transaction. I am interested in seeking legal action... What does anyone else think and has anyone else had this problem?
