Ripoff 100 wedding favours ordered & paid for but not delivered

I ordered 100 wedding favors from www.foreverwed.com 6 months ago and i am still waiting for delivery i have paid for them as well!

I recieved a conformation email and thats about it!
I have emailed customer services about 100 times.
I recieved 1 email from them saying they were looking into it! And to give them 24hrs. That was 2 months ago!!!

Can anyone suggest anything i have also posted moans in the forums on their web site and NOTHING i am so mad someone please help!

I also rang them and left messages on managers answer machine and nothing!
