Dvdblowoutsale.com The Lake Company USA Order a product, paid for it, have not recieved product, no return calls or return emails

On Oct. 15th I ordered a product from www.dvdblowoutsale.com and was told it would be delivered within a few days. I then recieved an email stating due to high demand my product would now be delivered on Nov. 16th 2009. On Dec. 1st 2009 I researched the charge on my credit card and it was labled as "The Lake Company USA" with a number of 888-981-7779. I began to call frequently, have called and left a message in the sales depart. With a Sarah Jenson and also with Jill Gelletti in shipping. I have called and left probably more than 10 messages with no response. I have also emailed them at thelakecompany@gmail.com and thedvdcorp@usa.com and have also emailed them on their website. I didnt notice at the time, but there is no contact info on their site, i dont even know where they are located. We went to "who is" and they are registered under the name "Domain By Proxy" I have called these people to with no response. Www.dvdblowoutsale.com has MANY brother/parent company's attatched to them. I know I am getting ripped off. I recently recieved another generic email that looked and read the same as the one before but just with a different delivery date, nows its Dec. 18th garrenteed! Which I know is not true. Beware and dont order ANYTHING from www.dvdblowoutsale.com
