Ripoff don't know what they are doing, didn't file the paperwork took the money

The company took the money to file all the neccessary dba and resale info, but they never did it. I contacted the company they said they would resend all the information for me to fill out. When they sent the information by e-mail they did not send any of the attachments for me to fill out. I still can not to this day get them to get me the paperwork.
