I paid good money for the orthopedic luxury firm because I figured only an idiot could get it wrong, but try to get service. I called H.Q.in Cleveland first, but their data base isn't centralized, I was instructed to call the "factory" in Charlotte. I presume the company is structured like this because it puts the burden on the local "factory" not corporate. It is the "buyer beware" senario.

With a 12 year warranty one would assume the mattress would be good up to ten years, but six? First the Charlotte factory couldn't find my invoice, then they said the tech would call me back within a week. He called the same day, but scheduled an appointment a week out, then grilled me if I turned the mattress periodically, if I had support under the bed, like a person is going to take shortcuts on something they spend 1/3 on their life on. I surmise the tech person will find something wrong, but if not make a person wait weeks, maybe months to get a good night sleep, all the while going to the bank and cashing consumers checks.

Mattress buying is equal to buying a car. The salesman don't give a damn if you are happy and aren't around when you aren't. Stay away from the company.
