Cleans say they restore your home after a disaster but there was more damange done by them than the fire it self

We had a home fire and was told of ServicMaster by our insurance company. We meet with them and they told us that they would make sure that they took pictures of everything in our home. Down to pens and pencils. Clothes and basciallly take everything in your home but we would have a picture of the condition it left and a picture of every item.

Well after 2 months we still have not recieved this and now are being told they never had such items. We feel that they are no different than any other thief that breaks in and steals your things. They have failed to provide us with a whole complete inventory list and we never had a chance to look at it before they bought things back, in which to not getting things back they also ruined many of our items.

Not having what they promoised we are a bit more than upset. We do have pictures of the items they cleaned and then I reclean them. On finding out they denied this I began to only clean have of a item to show the difference, thinking this would help them see what they had done. They refuse to help us at all. I have been taking pictures having insurace company come in and looking and still no one will help us.

In closing there was more damange done by them than the fire it self. When they promosied us that they would have a picture of everything we believed in them. It was a mistake. We couldn't over see this as we were not allowed in the home due to the smoke and once my husband and family decided to do the repairs of the fire we were to busy. We didn't get anything back until we had already moved back in sleeping on the floor? We rebuilt and paint and so much more in less time it took them just to clean?

The worst thing is the damange is bad and the thing that is so horrible is that they think they can steal and get away with it? The fire was horrible but this is even worst as we don't have simple things like our sheets??? That may sound silly but they broke tables and destroyed things like collectables! Discolred almost everything that they did give back at this point. They lie and cheat and steal!!!
