Ripoff They won't even admit that they are wrong and do something to fix my things

This company is owned by Joseph Construction Company. When we had a house fire this is the company that Joseph Constrution hired to come and get our things that didn't get destroyed in the fire.

DCR was suppose to pack our things up, take them to Knoxville, clean them, store them till our home was fixed, and then bring the things back. They lost at least three boxes of our things. I know this because they bought us three boxes that belong to someone else. They lost a box of jewelry I had put away. They were suppose to get the smoke smell out of my things, but they brought back things that still smell of smoke.

Almost everything they brought back was either broke, dented, still dirty, smelled like smoke, or scratched. They won't even admit that they are wrong and do something to fix my things. They are a very bad company to do business with.
