Ripoff no service drop calls

I have had nextel service for the past 4 years and for the past year my service has been nothing but trouble because of the dropped calls it has made my bill go up dramasticaly.

And, then the people at nextel tell you there credit your account and they never do and you call and get some body differnt everytime your account not ever noted right. Then they tell you the most you can get is five pecent of your dropped calls when half of your calls are dropped and then it increases your bill to have to keep calling people back so that makes them make more money off of you and it's so frustrating.

Especially when your locked into a contract and when you cancel there still getting money from you. The service that they give its shocking to no there still in business.
