Ripoff, check fraud, illegal takings from a bank account

They called me on my parent's landline, but asked for me personally. They promised to send me a packet with $200 dollars in coupons, becasues I was a "valued customer". They said that I had used many of their products, but could not name a one, this should have been my first clue. They were pushy with their "free money", that should have been my second clue.

They told me that they were going to send me the packet and that I would have to call them back, to tell them that I received it, and to cancel the offer they had given me, they did not give me a phone number. They next told me that they needed to have my account number so that they could withdraw the charge the amount for sending me my packet. Being half-asleep I gave it to them. They first withdrew $3.95, and then later withdrew $149.90!

I called them immediately when I discovered this, suprising their number actually worked (I found it on the Check Image the bank sent me) but the clerk just gave me the run-around. She told me that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. However from reading other people's reports on this same company I doubt that I am going to see it again. Being a young couple in College, this really has hurt us financially.
