Ripoff

I placed an order to include a unity candle & holder, toasting flutes, and cake cutting setting all to be engraved. I received the toasting flutes and cake cutting set, however, the unity candle (that was the most expensive) was not included in the delivery. They charged my credit card for the price of all 3 items. I have been trying to contact foreverwed by phone and e-mail and have had no response. Their voicemail is now saying they are full and to call back later.
