Victoria's Secret
Fraudulent Billing. I don't have an account with them. Never have had one. They have reported to the credit bureau's that this account is mine, even though the name and address are different than mine

They refuse to give me details about how the account was opened and refuse to make corrections to my credit report. I've sent them copies of my driver license and ss card to prove the acct is not mine.

I tried to obtain a loan and was refused. I received a copy of all 3 credit reports and there is an account for Victoria's Secret. It is not mine, I've never had an account there. I have tried repeatedly to get them to remove the information, and they refuse. I've been trying to get them to remove the information for over a year. I've sent them a copy of my driver license and ss card. They still refuse to remove the information.
