Ripoff Charging the wrong person and mixing personal information

Since the year 2000 NCO Financial has been trying to collect an account for AT&T. I have explain to them in thousands of different ways that the account is not mine. The middle name on the account is not mine plus the address on the account is not mine either. But somehow they have mixed my information with this other individual.

They call me almost every day. I have been insulted and treated like a delinquent on the phone. I have to get a credit report at least every six months and request to have this delinquent account deleted from my report since the account is not mine. All 3 credit bureaus acknowledges that the account is not mine and therefore gets deleted until NCO Financial reports it again And the cycle starts all over again.

Its becoming expensive since I have to pay for the credit reports and my credit score goes down until the matter gets resolved. Meaning that even when my credit is perfect I'm not offered better interest rates because of a 'delinquent' account that its NOT mine.

Is there any way to make this people understand? How can I get this permamently deleted?
