Ripoff They've been scamming people in Virginia for nearly 20 years

Jobs plus is one of the biggest scams around. Believe me - I know - I worked for them for about four years.

The owners are Jim and Karla OLeary. Karla use to work for "The Work Center" (you might remember this job listing scam in Newport News back in the 80's). Well, she decided that she could make more money if she opened her own scam.

There are no airport or airline jobs listed! It's a lie. All they do is find the application address and put it in a book for you to send your resume to. They do not actually have any contacts with the airlines.

I was told to say just about anything to get people to sign up. (Including telling people to float checks or borrow the money or get a cash advanced). I was supposed to make it sound like a desperate situation. "You've got to get the money TODAY or you will miss your chance to get hired." Most people who were so desperate for a good job would do just about anything to come up with the money. Then I would take them in the "book room" and leave there to look through all the bogus airline listings.

The people that work there are required to get so many new job postings per week. They get out the phone book and call businesses and say "do you want to list any jobs with us". Most local employers say "hell no!" because they know that JobsPlus is a scam. So, that's why you see so many child care attendant jobs for $6.00 per hour in the books. It's the best that they can do.

They should've been put out of business years ago. They've been scamming people in Virginia for nearly 20 years. I am sorry that I was ever associated with them.
