My loan transferred in Dec. I've had the same issues as noted for the rest of these people!

I pay over the phone, on the 1st - 5th, my funds clear, however, the bill comes in with 2 payments due!

I call, get annoyed, but it does get resolved... I have used Chase in the past, never had an issue, My current mtg is Wells Fargo, for 5 years, I also do electonic payments, Never a problem.

However, on this investment property, ASC has been horrible, I just Sold this property - and it took them 3 weeks, 4 requests for payoff! Im glad its over!!!

Use electronic funds & make your life easier.

Im a Re broker, and I have seen many foreclosures, elderly, or people living paycheck to paycheck, not knowing how to research, or who to turn to when companies like this start the foreclosure process, This site is excellent & I hope we can do something to put a stop to these kinds of rip-off.
