GC Services Limited Partnership Collection Agency Division Ripoff runaround dishonest fraudulent impossible to contact

On April 5, my office was contacted for reciept of garneshment papers for my student loan. We had not.

On several previous occassions, I tried contacting them for deferment papers while I was unemployed. I was always told they could fax them over if I had a fax machine, which I don't, and I told them that. They insisted that the only way I could get those papers was to give them a fax number. I gave them my mother's work fax number, but the papers were never sent.

Last month, I used almost all of my federal tax return to pay off this student loan. I recieved confirmation from the federal government that the payment would be recieved by GC Services within a couple weeks.

I tried to call GC Services back not more than 10 minutes after they had called my office, only to have the phone ring without an answer for a whole minute. I tried again, making sure that I dialed the correct number, only to have it ring without an answer for two minutes. I am trying again every hour, on the hour, only to have the same response. I was given Emily's extention of 5200, but I am never prompted to enter an extention number any time I call.

All I want from these people is a dollar amount to pay. I'd be happy to pay it, but they seem more interested in frustrating their clients who are trying to make their lives better than actually doing their jobs. If I do not contact this Emily today, I will be sending a lettre to their president requesting that he look at my case. Maybe he can get me a dollar amount to pay.
