Call One - callone Unlimited ripoff

This company called my home phone offering $200 in coupons and free movie passes to try their product for 30 days. I was told that my account would only be charged a total of $3.95 for each product until i received the products.

Upon receipt of the products included would be a phone number to call to authorize deductions for 119.90 and 149.00. I never received these products but there were several attempts for these amounts which caused my account to become $180 overdrawn.

These attempts were made even after my speaking with several customer service representatives who assured me that no further attempts would be made against my account.

Finaly they succeded in taking the $119.90 out of my account and when i called customer service again they instructed me that they would send me forms to fill out for a refund of my nsf fees and my $119.90.

After waiting for two months i was informed by a customer service supervisor that their headquarters office denied my request for nsf fee reimbursement but they were processing my refund of $119.90 and that i would receive it within 14 business days.

This was 20 days ago when i called them they said they would research the reason for my not receiving my refund and mail my check with another 10 business days.

This company is a major rip off and i hope someone could find out exactly where this company is becuase i have been unsuccessful in locating a listing for them with directory assistance.

Even the address given by customer service is not listed in to post office directory.
