Rebate ripoff

I sent in paperwork for 2 $10 rebates on 12-17-04. On rebate form it stated that if I did not receive check within 8 weeks to call 800 number. I did on 1-14-05 and they said that it qualified and I would receive my check within 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I called again and they said I would get it but they couldn't tell me when. Then on 3-30-05 I received a email saying it would be 10-12 weeks. Then I called back and all I got was a phone run arround.
