I order a pair of Lebron James athletic shoes on January 26

I have not received my shoes or my money refunded. I emailed them several times asking for information about my order. At first they made excuses, then they stopped responding all together. They still sell shoes on their web site. I wonder how many people they are "RIPPING OFF"
