Ripoff - dishonest -no customer service, non reliable, liars, don't give a dam about the customer!

On Feb. 20 my phone started acting up. It would only work from time to time. It kept reading searching for signal. I contacted the company. I was instructed to take the battery out for a day or two and try it again. Once I did that they told me to do it again - and I did.

It still didn't work. I called them a day or so later. I was instructed to mail the phone back and once they receive it the would send me another phone. I sent it Fedex 2nd day at my expense. It took them exactly 10 days to send the phone to me. I received it on a Thursday.

I called them that night to get it activated. Once we went through the process they told me their system would take a while and to call back tomorrow. I called by on Friday only to be told their system is still processing my phone. They were closed for the weekend. I called them today Monday March 28 only to find out that they sent me a phone that was not good.

Once again they wanted me to send the phone back to them and they would ship out another one. I asked if they could send it quickly. They stated they are unable to do that and it would take an additional 7-10 business days for me to receive that one. I requested a rush order.

The customer no service rep Jeffery was unable to assist me. I asked for the manager. Troy got on the phone and it was like talking to the walking dead. He had no sympathy for the customer and declined to resolve my issue.

I'm just thankful I was called a toll free number. A company like this should just close the doors. Every opportunity I get and every sales location I see selling this line I will be sure to spread the word of what jerks they are. Companies like this live a bad taste in my mouth and should be ran out of business with their pants around the ankles!!!
