Ripoff Charged me for six months straight before I thought who the hell are these people

I really had no clue who these people are or why they were charging me $9.95 a month. SO I called them up and spoke to a representative who tried to convince me that I had authorized the transactions, what bs. I asked for a full refund however they only refunded last month's charge and asked me to send a letter to Consumer Relations Group and request a full refund. I was really shocked to see that so many people have been scammed by the same company and it hasn't been stopped. Someone has to pay this is not right!
