Has not returned $50.00 deposit

On Dec. 30 2004 I signed a contract with this company to provide me long distance telephone service and DSL computer service. The salesman sat in my kitchen and guarenteed me things would be up and running in 3 to 4 weeks.

After 5 weeks I called and was told they were very close, and someone would be out to my house to hook things up. A weeks later I called an was informed they could not provide the DSL package but wanted to know if I would like to go with the long distance, I said no, and ask for my deposit back.

I have called twice since and still no check! It is now March 13th.
