Capital credit alliance ripped off on thompson creek

I can not recall the exact date of a phone from so called, SHELLEY RATLIFF, CAPITAL CREDIT ALLIANCE REPRESENTIVE. But she went through a bunch of details real fast and asked if I understood, and I agreed. It sounded so good at the time, that I was easily deceived. I agreed to all terms released my account # to this company, later my account was garnished.

About last week I received a catalog from this company and hadn't had a chance to look at it until today. I figured I might be able to order on-line, when I found out this was all just a hoax and I was ripped of $200.00 dollars. Please help!!
