Ripoff slippers: i hope they dont slip away

I had ordered two pairs of slippers from j.D. Marvel products on jan. 9 2002. I have made several telephone calls to the phone no. That they supplied in the magazine but only receive a busy signal every time i call, if you can help me either receive my slippers or my money back it would be greatly appreciated. Most of my shopping is done through the internet or through magazines, because of the fact that i have multiple sclerosis and shopping at dept. Stores does not work for me as the ms has taken the strength in my legs away.
