Wireless Screwed up ripoff

I have had sooooo many problems with Tracfone. I cannot even list them all. If you have problems:

1. File a complaint with the BBB in Florida. This is extremely important.

2. And... Hope you get Monica Godoy - she is the only person in that company with any type of customer service skills. She fixed my problems easily! She should be training the other losers in that company!
