I get the run around, get told one thing from one and something else from another, not spoken too in CLEAR ENGLISH, being talked too with disrespect, and if this company don't care that my cell is my only phone and I have MEDICAL PROBLEMS and all they can say is IM SORRY MAAM REAL SNOTTY... I am very dissatisfied right now with you all since you have NET10 too which is the phone I have... I've had Tracfone before and no problems...
