What is going on with customer service w / ICC? I don't get answers to emails, their phone is disconected and the locator they set me up with DID NOT DO HIS JOB, BUT TOOK MY MONEY, THAT I BORROWED... And refuses to re-assist me with locating sales locations. He is rude on the phone, his 'BOSS' refuses to even accept my emails, let alone return my ph calls and the locator lies to me and lied to me when i told him the locations i wanted him to attempt, he went the opposite way, when i told hime I DIDN'T WANT THAT AREA... And took off before we could discuss the so-called locations he supposedly set up for me... 3 never agreed, only 3 were in the area i wanted and only 2 took stands...

If i remember, the business is called LOCATION, TECH and the person assigned to me who lies consistantly and swears at me over the phone, as well as yells is not worth his payment, which he asked for in advance, which is against the rules... I am not going to release his name, i may be the only one who has had probs w/him (F.)

My main concern is, what the heck is going on with ICC? No one returns me emails, i can not phone them-the ph number is disconnected as i mentioned before... Needless to say, this was supposed to be my salvation... And i want every penny back i have invested, including alternative items, such as candle holders, candle warmers, decorating items... I am not working and i do not have the extra money to pay for these things when i have no company to back me up... I have 3 locations, because i found 2 of my own... I have 13 yet to place BECAUSE LOCATION TECH. Did not do their job as hired. I am out a lot of borrowed money... Who's going to make my next house payment???

Please respond asap... Anyone
