George smith has multiple snow removal accounts but owns no equipment, and has no valid drivers liscense in the state of ohio. He has multiple names he uses for billing purposes so he can hide as much money as possible, because he doesn't want to pay child support. He is a genuine scubbag. He is even ripping-off Goodwill. What kind of person does that? I'm not the only one he is doing this to either. I'm not sure what kind of scam he is pulling, but i know what he is doing is illegal.
