Ripoff scam that needs to stop

I started with a Cydcor affiliate office last year and was brainwashed like so many others into believing the scam! The biggest lie they tell you, aside from how much money you will make, is about taxes. When I started and I saw how many miles I would be putting on my car, I asked about mileage reimbursement. Unlike others, I had worked in the "evil" corporate America where they reimburse you for miles. I was told don't worry, it's all a tax writeoff. We were told to buy lunch for interviews and guys on your crew because-oh, they are all tax writeoffs. What a lie!!! Yes, you do get to claim them on your taxes, but YOU DON'T GET IT ALL BACK. 75% of what I earned in the cult went to "business expenses" and I only saw $1000 of it back. My accountant says that enough people will testify to them saying everything is a tax writeoff and we have a class action. Wake up people!

This scam will isolate you from your friends and your family-why do you think they want you to spend weekends with "your crew"? Because normal people might "neg" (not a real word) you out. Notice how what their ads say on career sites are not what you will be doing-has anyone "assessed demographics" while working there? Not a chance. Everything in these companies is a lie, from what they teach you sell, to what you tell interviews, to the "salary" you get as an Assistant Manager.

Oh, by the way good luck if you're a female working there and get asked anything about your personal life that might be upsetting to you. Whatever you do, don't show any tears or emotion. According to the owner I worked for, women are too emotional and if they shed tears they won't make it in the business. He knows who he is and what he has done. One more comment like that will land him a sexual harassment suit that he deserves. I have very strong ties to several business communities that I have informed not to listen to anyone who cold calls in their establishment. Especially anyone who starts their pitch with "I'm here on behalf of..."
