Inc. Bad For Employees. They love to say you're fired. Ripoff!

I worked for a scrap yard for 10 years and left to help a friend start a business that went under. So I went back into the scrap business. First as a bobcat operator and left as a crane operator with a police escort. K&F Industries can proudly say they never had a lay-off. Why? Because they love to say you're fired.

I saw more people fired in one year than in the 10 years I spent at another scrap yard of the same size. Why was I fired? Because I laid out the facts to them that they cannot make their employee's clean up asbestos without a state license, training, or proper equipment. They would not listen, so I brought it up at a union meeting. A month later they had two employee's state that I was planing to kill the foreman. So I come into work and the police were there.

They have the EPA under their pocket book and even had me lie to them on daily reports when I cleaned up oil spills. I even know where they buried tires on rail road property. Without the the permission of the railroad. They sell most of their steel to Chrysler in Indpls. If Chrysler only knew some of the crap they mix in their steel on purpose, IM sure Chrysler would not buy their steel.

I can't believe I lasted 9 years. The turn over rate there is probably the highest in the nation. And the union is the weakest union I have ever seen. Sue? No, I don't believe in it for what the bible teaches. I leave it in God's hands. Plus they have been sued several times and it will all come back on them.

But I hope they sue me for what I am writing now, so that it all comes into the light. With great web sites as this, company's may have to become more honest
