This collection agency called several times. When I tried to call back I would get a voice mail or a pager system asking me to enter my phone #. Finally when I spoke to someone I asked her & her manager to mail me something so I could send a check & they said they could not do that. I would have to give them a credit card #. They also stated that they would record that I refused to make payment when I was offerting to pay just not with a credit card. What makes these people think I would give them my credit card infomation? I contacted the company that the $ was owed to & paid them directly. Now I am STILL getting calls from NCO.
