Order was placed on 02/14 at 9:00A.M. With instructions to deliver same day before close of business for recipient 5:00P.M.

Received email confirmation from urbanflorist.com of my order.

Around 1P.M., no delivery received, and after 4 emails during the day to customerservice@urbanflorist.com and 4 calls, NO SHOW, NO delivery was received.

It is reasonable to request a Full Refund, since urbanflorist.com has failed.
