Ripoff! Non-delivery of goods, charged Credit Card, no refund after 30 days!

Ordered merchandise before Christmas, nothing as of Feb. 2005! They charged my Credit Card, (yep, they have my money, but not for long). I have sent e-mail requesting refund, no response!
Checked thier status with thier local BBB and noticed that they have had 14 issues since March. Most were resolved, with the exception of two. I'm suspecting that my incident probably isn't the first.
Be wary of this company, be smart. Research an internet company before you purchase. I think I just learned the hard way. However, I haven't given up yet. And I won't!
