Ripoff scam

Mr. Ruiz is offering to sell information on ebay on how to purchase an i pod for $30. You must bid on this information. I paid $73 for this information.

I failed to see that I was paying for the information when I thought that I was paying for the i pod. Mr. Ruiz sent me the link and on the website I would have to pay an additional $30 as I understood for his ad on e bay.

What Mr. Ruiz neglected to state was that I would have to earn credit on this site and get 132 credit points in order to receive my i pod.in order to earn credit points I would have to get more people to sign up on this website and they would also have to pay $30.

I was never told that I would have to try and get people to join a website, pay $30 and then I would be working towards an i pod. I sent Mr. Ruiz an email stating that I thought I was getting an i pod he said that it clearly states he is selling information and that there are other people who have paid more then what I did and they are satisfied.

So I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I did not know this was a pyramid game due to his neglect to explain all the steps in what I would have to do in order to get an i pod. Mr. Ruiz never called me back when I left him a message but I told him that I would conctact ebay, and that is when he sent me the email.
