Ripoff terrible service flawed product

I have had a terrible experience with Alfred Angelo Bridal in south Florida, which I thought was a good company.

I bought my wedding and bridesmaid dresses there and from the beginning it has been nonstop chaos. We had to wait close to an hour even if we had an appointment. We were repeatedly ignored while salespeople waited on other customers. I was told the bridesmaid dresses would automatically be ordered when my 4 bridesmaids called in their measurements and paid for their dresses (they are scattered around the country) but it took repeated phone calls and several trips to the store to actually get that done. They were tremendously disorganized. Every time I went in they had the hardest time finding my information and I found that my bridesmaids' information had not been added to my file, meaning that some of them had to get measured twice, which was a big inconvenience.

Finally, and worstly, the sequins on the front of my dress, which i purchased a year before the wedding, had turned yellow by the first fitting. I showed it to the seamstress and she said she could not guarentee that they would be replaced because 'it would be alot of work.' I am currently waiting to see if they are going to replace them or not. If they don't i'm going to call the corporate office. This may be just another dress to them but to me it is the one wedding dress I am ever going to have. This company needs to engage in some sensitivity training and realize a wedding is a special time in a woman's life and no one should have to deal with shoddy service or a below-par product, especially when that product is a once-in-a-lifetime item that means so much.
