False advertising and claims, implied or stated falsely what the service would provide Deland Florida

I feel humiliated and embarrassed that I gave my credit card number to a company that so boldy claims what NETDETETIVE will do. Do not waste your money on this piece of garbage. I am very experienced with genealogy research and know how to get around on the web, but I was told by NETDETECTIVE that this tool would give all kinds of information on family members I am searching for and also businesses that have done me wrong and dissappeared.

In fact, I entered several well-known businesses established individuals, and virtually nothing comes back, not even the full name, and maybe a couple of out-dated phone numbers from years ago.

AGAIN, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS RIP-OFF. Now i will have to pursue their so-called "refund policy". I just wish I had done more research into this company first, but they should definitely be shut down. It is absolutely scandalous that the rebuttal by the company officer denies any responsibility for their product not performing, and then, adding insult to injury, claims "well, you put in your credit card number and pressed submit, so it's not our fault".

I hope class action lawsuits get started asap against this netdetective scam!
