For all of those who have reported on this site and others that they have been ripped off by NetDetective and have reported that is difficult to contact them, then I hope this inforamtion is helpful. This is all information that is public in the state of Florida (as of 3/16/06 search)

1) Harris Digtial Publishing is a fictitous name.
2) The actual company is "Cyberspace to Paradise, Inc."
3) Principal address is 1392 S. Woodland Blvd., Deland, FL 32720.
4) President of the company is Deborah J. Stanley.
5) Registered agent is Scott Adams.

6) The number (that isn't easily found on their website) is (386) 736-3881. Expect to be on hold a while.

7) If you are not able to get through or have difficulty, you may try contacting Ms. Stanley directly. You can do a FREE search at "switchboard.com". Just enter her name and Deland, FL. You might get two numbers for the same address. Try the first number. I tried this, and got a voice message for "Happy Acres" which then gave out a cell phone number. I called that number and got Ms. Stanley, who have out the other number above. All that effort just to find a real phone number for the company.

Once I called and got through to the company, they immediately processed a refund (though they were not happy about it, and hung up on me). I am not giving out that cell phone as a courtesy, but the information to find it is readily available free of charge with some research as I did. You may not need to go that route if the first nubmer above works. Hurry, however, as they might be prone to change the numbers around.
