Ripoff fake, unresponsive, lying Palm Beach, Florida

We contacted this company after filling out a form via the web, they conatced us via telephone to offer their services.

So we used them to move or worldly goods from san jose, ca to the untied kingdom.

On november 29th they had another company come and pack our stuff. We were told it would be 4 weeks for our stuff to be delievered and we still haven't got it now and it's now 21st od jan!!! We have tired several times to contact this company via telephone and email and yet they made no attempt to contact us, we have recieved two automated emails both saying the exact same thing that we would be contacted in 10 to 14 days and still as yet have bot heard from them, they had changed their telephone number and yet did not contact us to tell us.

We were finally given a tracking number after 7 weeks after my husband finally got hold of someone, we were then told our stuff was still sat in san jose, ca.

We are very angry at being given the run around by this company. And it's about to stop!
