Ripoff order not as advertised and then lied about orde

I ordered 2000 business cards and supplied the graphics for them. When they arrived the back was not as the original graphic. When asked they said it was becasue the front was printed in color and back in gray scale so it would appear differently. For $28.55 more they would re-do the order because I had to pay for color printing on both sides. I agreed acceptint their word on a misunderstanding. The second order arrived with only 500 cards. When asked they told me that I only ordered 500 on the second order. Their records dont indicate the original order was wrong and I I only paid for 500 on the second order and that if I wanted more I would hav e to pay more. When I asked to talk to a supervisor none was ever available.

This company seems to be a real rip off. Hope someone can deal with them.
