MCI Worldcom ripped me off

I wanted to transfer my phone out of my wifes name and into my name I call MCI they said it would take 1 yr I waited 1 year and tried again they sent me a letter and requested $250.00. I sent them a money order with the amount, The money order was cashed, but they dont know where or buy whom. And to this date I still havent gotten the phone or my money back
