Pump Receipts Not Printing, Trash Overflowing, No Washer Fluid

It seems like every time I go to get gas at 165 State St. in Belchertown, MA, I usually go to pump number one, which is easily accessible and easy to exit onto Route 202. For the past three attempts when getting gas, I waited for my receipt from the pump and it would not print a ticket. It makes a strange sound, like it's grinding. I don't know if it just needs paper or if there's a paper jam, but I would like somebody to please look at this.

While we're at it, somebody needs to take out the trash. It's usually overflowing all over. And when winter comes, they never have any fluid in the windshield washer stations, and if they do, I guess they're using summer windshield washer fluid, because most of the time it is frozen.
