Refund Delayed Nearly a Month After Jacket Return

Bought a leather jacket for my son; it was too small. I returned the item exactly as instructed by the seller, and nearly a month later, I have not received the purchase price in my account. I called the actual leather vendor where the jacket was received in the return and was told the refund was issued. Motorcycle Gear Superstore is a joke, posing as a store, only to be a third-party seller of other stores’ goods, all while pretending to act as the sole vendor of their items. In my opinion, stay away from these types of imminent fronts, as they’re just a put-on. The Department of Consumer Affairs will be involved, as well as the credit card company, as this store is not legit.
