Both Joyce Brown 1-877-225-7625 EXT. 6192 and Monica Morales of Martha Morales EXT. 6167 (do not understand with her heave accent) They are both rude and very unprofessional and refuse to allow anyone other than them speak. They come up with there own conclusions and do not want to hear anything else. Automatically deny all the claims and hope not to hear from you again. They are the worst to deal with and also seems to be that only they work there.
